Marina Gateway Industrial was developed in the 1980’s as the premium office building in the Marina Gateway complex just minutes away from downtown San Diego, along the I-5 corridor now situated immediately adjacent to the new Chula Vista Bayfront development.

Carleton Management recently renovated the 1st floor lobby and restrooms at Marina Gateway to include new LED lighting, and sustainable flooring which is easy to maintain, a break area featuring healthy vending choices, and new restrooms which include water and energy efficient Bradley Advocate sinks which offer  durable, long-lasting restroom fixtures for the students of PIMA Medical Institute, who occupies the 1st floor, providing certificate, associate and bachelor degree programs in the healthcare industry.  Other tenants include the South Bay branches of both Cox Communications and County of San Diego.
