Art Center is the former home to Heck Moving and Storage, Globe Furniture Warehouse,
Ratner Clothing Corp., and Hang Ten.
Built over the span of several decades, The Art Center is comprised of five separate
buildings, which total approximately 125,000 square feet of rentable area. Currently
it is one of the largest facilities in San Diego dedicated to art and design
professionals. The buildings consist of office, residential, live-work and
educational tenants, including the New School of Architecture. The buildings
have recently undergone major interior and exterior renovations.
