 Carla
O'Dell is a property manager at Carleton Management. Her responsibilities
include tenant relations, building management, maintenance requests, capital
improvements, vendor contracts and payment approvals. Carla is responsible
for properties in east and north San Diego County.
She also manages Carleton Management's downtown building in San Diego at Park
Blvd. and G Street.
Carla has worked for Carleton Management since 1997. She was born and
raised in San Diego and graduated from Granite Hills High School. She
is married and has three stepchildren.
