John C. Harris, Chief Financial Officer
John Harris is Chief Financial
Officer of Carleton Management, Inc.,
responsible for all financial accounting
and reporting functions, real estate
financing, acquisition/disposition
analysis, human resource administration,
and major lease negotiations.
John joined
Carleton Management in 1995 as corporate controller. He became the company's
CFO in February 2000.
Before joining Carleton Management,
John spent five years in public accounting
with Coopers & Lybrand’s
San Diego office, and 11 years in private
industry, primarily involved with real
estate development.
John graduated with honors in 1979
from San Diego State University with
a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
He and his wife Beth have two children,
Matthew and Christina. John has lived
in San Diego County since 1974.
