Shawna Erekson, Property Manager
 Shawna
Erekson is a property manager at Carleton Management. Her responsibilities
include tenant relations, building management, maintenance requests, capital
improvements, vendor contracts and payment approvals. Shawna is responsible
for properties in the South Bay and Mission Valley.
Shawna also is responsible for lease administration
including tenant correspondence, welcome letters, rent adjustments,
insurance certificate requests and other lease administration issues. She
enters tenant lease data into Carleton's computer
system and prepares internal reports related to tenant lease
expirations and vacancies.
Shawna joined Carleton Management in 2004. Previously, she was a realtor in
residential real estate with RE/MAX for six years.
Shawna is an active parish member of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church
and a donor to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
She earned an Associates degree from Southwestern College and anticipates
completing a BA in Business Administration at University of San Diego
in 2007.
Shawna is a licensed real estate agent. She is married and lives in San Diego.
